These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction where TBO operates.

You agree to make all payments on time as per the invoices generated for the services provided by TBO 365. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your account or services. TBO 365 reserves the right to take necessary actions in case of non-payment, as permitted by these terms or applicable laws.
Customers must provide valid and updated payment details, including credit card information or any other approved payment method. By using our services, you authorize TBO 365 to charge your selected payment method for all due amounts.
Customers may purchase prepaid credits to pay for services. These credits remain valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase and are non-refundable after expiration. Any credit transfers between services, if permitted, can only be used within the customer’s own account and are non-transferable to third parties.
Promotional pricing applies only to the first billing cycle unless otherwise specified. Subsequent billing cycles will be charged at standard rates. Usage-based billing is invoiced regularly, and customers must clear invoices within ten (10) days of issuance. TBO 365 may adjust service pricing with at least 30 days' notice to customers.
Accounts with overdue payments exceeding ten (10) days may face service suspension. Customers will receive a minimum three-day notice before suspension (excluding declined credit card payments). Reactivation of suspended or terminated accounts is subject to applicable reactivation charges as determined by TBO 365.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method. TBO 365 reserves the right to deny refunds to an alternative account. Initiating a chargeback is a violation of this agreement and may result in account termination, service refusal, or legal action.
Subscriptions may be cancelled by either party under the terms outlined in the agreement.
Customers are responsible for all applicable taxes, duties, and payment processing fees related to service usage. International customers required to withhold taxes must notify TBO 365 in advance and ensure the company receives the full invoiced amount.
TBO 365 reserves the right to refuse or withdraw services at its discretion. Payments made before service refusal will be refunded in accordance with the refund policy.
TBO 365 may impose transaction limits without prior notice.
